To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARRC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program and sender. The ARRC Technology messaging program is operated by ARRC Enterprises Inc d/b/a ARRC Technology. Messages identify ARRC Technology as the sender.

Message types. After you opt in, you may receive customer-care and informational messages, such as responses to your inquiries, appointment or scheduling updates, service and support updates, account notifications, and related operational information. Promotional messages will be sent only if you separately and expressly authorize them.

Opt-in and consent. You opt in through a clear, affirmative consent process associated with the specific ARRC Technology messaging program. By opting in, you authorize ARRC Technology to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services or information requested. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to an ARRC Technology message. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further messages will be sent under that program unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside ARRC’s control.

Eligibility and number ownership. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and be the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have the account holder’s authorization. You agree to promptly notify ARRC if the number is reassigned or you are no longer authorized to use it.

Privacy. Our collection and use of mobile information and SMS consent data is described in the ARRC Technology Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Program changes or termination. We may modify or discontinue the messaging program or these SMS Messaging Terms. We will post updated terms and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. Your right to opt out at any time remains unchanged.

Suspension and Termination

ARRC may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, ARRC, its clients, or others, or in response to suspected unlawful or prohibited conduct.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
